How to receive Birthday Bonuses?

Rules for Birthday Bonus Accrual.

Participants have the opportunity to receive additional Bonuses* as a birthday greeting, provided they fill out the Participant Profile with accurate personal information (specifically, the date of birth). Bonus accrual occurs on the birthday itself, as well as 3 days before and 3 days after that date.

*Additional Bonuses refer to receiving a 5% Bonus (instead of 1%) on the total amount of each order placed, without any restrictions on the number of orders during this period.

1 bonus = 1 UAH

Accumulated Bonuses can be used by cardholders for partial or full payment for goods in physical stores.

Bonus validity period.

Accumulated bonuses are valid for one calendar year. The remaining bonus balance on the card is recorded as of January 1st of the following year. Any unspent Bonuses accumulated in the previous period are automatically deducted from the customer's account on February 1st.

When making purchases on, the Participant's Account is credited with a Bonus from the amount of the check for each purchase made.

Bonuses are credited to the current Card, provided that when registering on, the Participant specified a mobile phone number that corresponds to the mobile phone number specified when registering the Card. Otherwise, a virtual Card is created for the Participant to accrue Bonuses.

The Participant can use the accumulated Bonuses for partial or full payment for goods only in a physical store.

When calculating bonuses, the cashier debits the Participant's Account with the specified amount of bonuses, which does not exceed the current balance on the Card.


Validity period of Bonuses.

The NOVUS Card has no limitations on the term of use of the Card itself (it is valid until the termination of the NOVUS plus loyalty program).

Accumulated Bonuses are valid for one calendar year - from January 1 to December 31 of the current year, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the special promotion.

The balance of Bonuses on the Card is fixed as of January 1 of the following year. All Bonuses not spent during January of the following year, which were accumulated during the previous period, are automatically debited from the Account on February 1 (this condition comes into effect on February 1, 2014).

Bonuses accumulated during January of the new period are valid until February 1 of the following year.

How will my order be packed?

Your order will be packed in a special container / thermobox according to the rules of the product neighborhood.

Depending on the category of selected goods and the volume of the order, the order will be packed in one or more packages. The cost of packages will be added to the cost of the order.

On what days do you deliver the order?

Orders are delivered 7 days a week, from 11:00 to 22:00, every 2 hours.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No, we do not have a minimum order amount. You can even order one chocolate bar.

Do you deliver all over Ukraine?

Currently, we deliver in Kyiv and in the suburbs of the capital.

How much is the delivery?

Free delivery for orders over 1000 UAH.

The standard delivery price is 50 UAH

Is it possible to deliver the Products on the day of ordering?

Yes, it is. The Products will be delivered on the same day, if your order is executed not later than 16:00.

Is it possible to change the address, date or time of delivery of the already executed order?

When will the Products be delivered?

The product is delivered daily between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM, in the 2-hour time slot you choose. If the order is placed before 4:00 p.m., delivery will take place on the same day at the time agreed with you. In the event of unforeseen weather or traffic conditions, our customer service center will contact you to clarify alternative delivery arrangements (for example, choosing a different time, date or address).

How is fresh food delivered?

We deliver fresh products directly from the warehouse in special insulated boxes for transportation, not violating the conditions of their storage.
