- Upon receipt of the order, you can refuse any goods and return them to the courier. The cost of the order will be listed
- It is also possible to return the goods after receiving the order. Then:

- Specify the order number and the items you want to return.
- Indicate the reason for the return.
- If you wish to return the food item, notify the contact center operator of its expiration date. If possible, provide a photo of the product, which shows the expiration date.
- Return of non-food goods is possible until the end of its warranty period and while maintaining its integrity.
- Return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days of receipt, not counting the day of purchase, provided that it does not belong to the list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
- Returns can only be made from the address to which the delivery was made, or you can provide the goods you want to return to the store.
- Return is possible only if you have a fiscal check confirming the purchase of goods.
- If you paid for the order by card online, the refund on the card is made from 9 to 18 on weekdays, as soon as we receive the goods from the courier. The crediting period depends on your bank.
- If you paid for the order in cash, the courier will refund you when you pick up the item for return. In case of cash payment - return to the card is not possible.
- When the order is fully refunded, the bonuses that were accrued for that order will be deducted from your loyalty card.
