Acceptance of orders

Orders are accepted from today to tomorrow until 12:00 from Monday to Friday

Order processing

The client places orders independently on the site https://novus.online/. After that, the manager contacts the client to conclude a delivery contract. The invoice for payment and delivery is issued after the transaction is concluded.

Terms of delivery

Orders are delivered in Kyiv. Delivery to the suburbs is discussed additionally

Days and time of delivery

From Monday to Saturday from 14:00 to 22:00

Delivery cost

Free in Kyiv for orders over UAH 1,000 without VAT. The cost of delivery to the suburbs is discussed in addition

Return

When receiving the order, the client can refuse any goods and return them to the courier. The cost of the order will be listed.

Lifting of the order to the floor

If the order is more than 100 kg, the lift to the floor is not carried out. The client accepts the order from the courier and carries it into the building on his own

Packaging

The order is packed in branded NOVUS bags, the quantity and cost of which will be added to the account. If the product is ordered in bulk and is packaged by the manufacturer, packaging in bags is not carried out

Accompanying documents

When paying in cashless form, the customer receives an invoice and an expense invoice. Upon delivery, the client also receives a packing slip
